Now the cheapest way to find out whether something is right is to build a working version and look at it. So the demo moves to the front, and everything downstream of it is up for renegotiation. Some teams have gone to backlog, demo, test, build, demo. Some have stopped writing specs. Some have two definitions of done and are pretending they have one.
