Daily workflows compound value. Rare workflows don’t.
High impact plus low complexity is where you start. Everything else waits.
You don’t need 20 pilots. You need two or three that move real numbers.
Be Disciplined About Experiments
A strategy-first AI experiment is not open-ended.
It has:
- A defined workflow
- Baseline metrics
- Clear success criteria
- Security and compliance guardrails
- A fixed evaluation window
If you can’t define success up front, you’re not running an experiment, you’re hoping.
